Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation :
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions.
Data Validation & Business Insights :
Establish robust data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity across all business data points.
Use validated data insights to optimize sales strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.
Product Strategy & Market Positioning :
Work closely with product teams to define, refine, and enhance offerings aligned with market needs and client expectations.
Identify gaps and opportunities in existing product lines based on competitive and customer intelligence.
Leadership & Strategic Direction :
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver business goals effectively.
Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and execution aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven track record of revenue generation , sales growth , and client relationship management .
Deep understanding of data validation methodologies , business analytics , and market insights .
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience defining and driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
18+ years of professional experience in consulting, IT services, or data-driven business roles .
Prior experience in Big 4 or top-tier IT consulting firms preferred.
