About the Role

As a Founder's Office Associate , you’ll work directly with the Founders on high-impact projects that define the company’s direction and growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can seamlessly switch between strategy, execution, and communication.

You’ll be the bridge between teams — driving alignment, ensuring outcomes, and translating ideas into action. Expect to work on everything from new market entries and product launches to investor decks and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority projects end-to-end — from planning to execution — across functions like strategy, operations, marketing, and product.
• Collaborate directly with founders to shape business strategy, drive key decisions, and track execution against goals.
• Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, new partnerships, and emerging trends.
• Analyze business data and KPIs , draw actionable insights, and communicate findings through clear presentations and reports.
• Support investor and fundraising activities , including pitch decks, due diligence, and performance tracking.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional meetings , ensuring follow-ups and alignment across teams.
• Own special projects , including process optimizations, automation, and expansion initiatives.
• Act as a communication bridge , facilitating smooth collaboration and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
