Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receipt, inspection, and storage of hotel materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels using inventory management systems.
- Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable goods.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in managing waste and minimizing material losses.
- Learn and adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards
