Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources professional located in Mysore. The HR professional will handle day-to-day HR operations, manage HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and conduct personnel management. The role also involves maintaining effective organizational policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) skills and experience in HR Management

Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits

Personnel Management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the tech industry is a plus
