Job Description :

The position of Creative Group Head - Art is an integral role within our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading a group of creative professionals in the production of high-quality work for either all clients or a specific group of clienteles. The Creative Group Head will guide their team's activities to uphold standards of creative excellence and ensure that goals are met.

This role requires a robust understanding of the creative process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Creative Group Head must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Quality Assurance : Ensure the high quality of all creative work produced by your team. This includes ensuring that all work aligns with client briefs and company standards.

Team Leadership : Direct the activities of the creative group, fostering an environment of creative excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management : Act as a key contact for clients, overseeing the development and execution of creative projects from conception to completion within your group.

Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 7 years of experience in art direction or a similar creative field.

Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Exceptional conceptual and creative abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Prior experience / keen inclination towards handling B2B tech brands an advantage.
