We’re looking for a strategic partner who can contribute :

Investment capital (manufacturing, R&D, branding, sales expansion)

Scaling strategy for new states + new SKUs

Operational excellence (systems, compliance, processes)

Industry networks (dealers, distributors, retail, institutional clients)

Key Responsibilities 1. Investment & Financial Leadership

Deploy agreed capital into manufacturing, SKUs, and distribution

Lead financial planning, budgeting & capital allocation

Prepare the company for potential future funding

2. Product & R&D Expansion

Drive new product development across multiple categories

Build R&D and vendor partnerships

Strengthen quality, compliance & product performance systems

3. Sales & Distribution Growth

Open and grow new markets across India

Strengthen dealer / distributor channels

Shape brand, marketing & digital strategy

4. Operations & Organizational Build-Out

Implement automation, ERP, HR and internal systems

Improve production efficiency & cost controls

Develop long-term culture & leadership structures
