Position : Sales Executive Home Loans

Location : Hyderabad, Noida, Dwarka, Dehradun, Jaipur, Andhra Pradesh, Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, referrals, and builder tie-ups

Meet monthly sales targets for home loans

Assist customers with loan applications & documentation

Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory norms

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Key Requirements :

• Education : Graduate in any discipline. (MBA / PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus)
• Experience : 1 to 3 years in sales, preferably in home loans, housing finance, NBFC, or banking. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with local real estate market is an advantage
