Position Overview

We are seeking a Process Lead – Accounts Receivable (AR) with 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting. This role will focus on end-to-end AR process management with a strong emphasis on compliance with US GAAP and IFRS . The role requires hands-on expertise in NetSuite and will be an individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous process improvement across AR operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls in all AR-related activities.
• Work independently as an individual contributor , while collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A, Controllership, and Operations teams.
• Drive accuracy and timeliness in AR reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Utilize NetSuite ERP for AR process execution, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with external / internal auditors to ensure AR compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements .
• Support leadership in financial analysis related to receivables, aging reports, and cash flow forecasting.
