Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (Lead Processing & Customer Coordination) to join our on-site team in Vapi.

This is a full-time role focused on managing and converting incoming leads from digital channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, understanding client needs, providing product details and quotations, and coordinating with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to new leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chats
• Qualify and categorize leads based on customer type and requirement
• Share product details, pricing, technical sheets, and care guides with customers
• Prepare quotations and assist in the order placement process
• Maintain detailed lead records in CRM / Google Sheets system
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order updates
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely conversions
• Support the senior sales team with communication, documentation, and reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
