We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Project Delivery Head to lead the next evolution of our Recruitment Management Software. This is a consultant role for a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record in recruitment tech or job portal platforms. You will work independently with your own team to enhance, scale, and integrate AI capabilities into our existing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects
• Architect and implement AI-driven modules (e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching, predictive analytics)
• Overhaul and optimize existing PHP / MySQL-based infrastructure for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders / functional heads to define product roadmap and delivery milestones
• Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists
• Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices
• Evaluate and integrate NoSQL solutions where applicable (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
