What You’ll Do

As an Implementation & Training Manager (or Coordinator / Champion), you’ll be the go-to person for our clients — guiding them through onboarding, training, and post-launch support.

Your day-to-day will include :

✅ Running online product demos and onboarding sessions

✅ Managing the full implementation journey for clients

✅ Conducting interactive online training (train-the-trainer model)

✅ Coordinating with our tech & support teams to ensure smooth delivery

✅ Providing post-training support and ensuring client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

‍ Experience in SaaS, training, or implementation roles

Great project coordination & organizational skills

Tech-savvy with knowledge of web and mobile applications

A quiet home workspace with reliable internet and good lighting

Hybrid / Remote-first (mainly work from home)

Work aligned with UK business hours (1 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM IST)
