About Us

Qoalaby is a modern children’s apparel and play brand blending streetwear-inspired design with playful minimalism. We create clothing, plush toys, and books for children aged 6 months to 4 years, with a focus on connection, creativity, and child-led expression.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience while supporting our marketing, e-commerce, and customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Support (Shopify) :

Assist in uploading and updating product listings, images, descriptions, and stock levels.

Support in maintaining the store’s design, navigation, and promotions.

Help troubleshoot simple issues and coordinate with tech partners if needed.

Email Marketing Support :

Assist in drafting email campaigns and setting them up in Klaviyo (or similar tools).

Support in segmenting audiences, scheduling campaigns, and tracking performance.

Work with the team to test and learn from different campaign ideas.

Content Creation Support :

Help brainstorm, draft, and edit content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.

Support photo and video shoots (styling, coordination, behind-the-scenes content).

Use tools like Canva to create simple graphics and visuals.

Customer Support :

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or social media in a friendly, professional manner.

Help track orders, returns, and issues using our systems.

Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the team to improve experience.

What We’re Looking For

2-5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related (internships count).

Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, or email marketing tools (bonus if you know Klaviyo).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A creative mindset with attention to detail.

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn by doing.
