Sparsh Mediplus is into manufacturing of Blood Collection tubes, needles, syringes and other lab disposable products. Our location is at Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Sparsh Mediplus. The role is located in Bhiwandi. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing manufacturing operations for needles, syringes, and Vacutainers. Responsibilities involve production planning, managing the production workflow, ensuring quality control, and optimizing operations management. The Manufacturing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring high standards of product quality
• Strong skills in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharma, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
