About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager with prior experience in IT sales for Websites and Digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both national and international clients, Incoming Leads, converting leads into successful business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up daily on incoming leads through different network campaigns.
- Write a Custom proposal to the client's requirements.
- Close Deals through incoming leads and other sales techniques.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales deals.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain and manage client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Work on CRM portals to manage leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with strong business acumen.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, sales performance, and client interactions.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 1 year in IT Sales ( Writing Proposal, Client Handling + follow ups, calling mandatory).Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field.Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.Experience working with national and international clients.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.Job Type : Full-time
