Delivery Lead – AI-Powered B2B Marketing Solutions

L ocation : Mumbai (Andheri) | Full-time | Onsite

We’re looking for a skilled Delivery Lead to take charge of delivering our AI-driven B2B marketing platforms . This role is perfect for someone who can manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and keep client success at the center of everything.

What You’ll Do :

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and business goals

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and align on scope and priorities

Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution and strong performance

Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to keep projects on track

Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for updates, feedback, and escalations

Continuously improve delivery processes and report key insights to leadership

Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment

What You’ll Bring :

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager in a tech-driven environment

It will be good to have strong technical background in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, AI / ML, Microservices, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and AWS

Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum project management

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
