Delivery Manager / Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered platforms and solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and align deliverables with business goals.
• Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, skill development, and overall team performance.
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and feedback.
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Report key delivery metrics and insights to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver AI powered B2B solutions that drive business :
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar role in technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, AI / ML, Microservices, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
