About the Role :

• We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Information Technology Project Manager (Strategic Initiatives) to join our growing team.
• You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the implementation and ongoing execution of strategic IT projects across various verticals, including :
• Dealer Portal
• Customer Website
• Innovation Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable IT strategies.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development and budgeting to implementation, performance monitoring, and scaling.
• Leverage your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
• Champion design thinking principles and integrate them into the project management process.
• Lead the selection, funding, and execution of key strategic projects within a defined timeframe.
• Drive innovation communication and actively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and guide project vendor / tech partner managers and project teams.
• Measure, evaluate, and optimize the return on investment (ROI) of each Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent.
• MBA in strategic management (preferred).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing high-impact strategic IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
• Passion for research and developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence change.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to inspire teams, and deliver results
