Lead Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive design strategy, user experience, and visual direction for our products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences. You will lead design projects end-to-end, mentor designers, and champion a user-first design culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and lead the design lifecycle from user research, conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI design.
• Translate business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into elegant product design solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis to refine design decisions.
• Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth and encouraging design best practices.
• Advocate for design excellence and user empathy in every product decision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance usability, feasibility, and business goals.
