Senior Lead Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Designer to head design initiatives for Salesforce-based applications and experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, design leadership, and hands-on delivery, ensuring user-centric, scalable, and visually compelling solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing the end-to-end design process (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing) for Salesforce products and implementations.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Define and maintain design systems and component libraries compatible with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing feedback, conducting design reviews, and driving design quality.
• Work with stakeholders to shape design strategy for enterprise-scale Salesforce rollouts.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent customer experience across products.
