Asst. Manager Transport coordination

Job descriptionGraduate in any discipline with minimum 4 to 7 yrs of experience in managing transport operations across INDIA. Excellent route planning, vehicle scheduling & transport management skills. Familiarity with Eway bill process, GPS tracking tools, SAP & TMS System Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on cost and delivery optimization
We are looking for an experienced and organized Transport Coordinator to oversee our Transportation and Fleet Management operations. This role involves planning vehicle movement, ensuring on-time deliveries, Load & Route optimization, cost control, building relation with transporters across PAN India
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan & Manage daily Dispatch schedule, Vehicle routing & Load planning.
- Coordinate with multiple DC, stores, vendors for proper execution of plan.
- Monitor & control own Fleet utilization.
- Ensure 100% compliance of documentation like Delivery challans, trip sheets, EwayBills & POD.
- Analyze Inbound & Outbound transport cost, work on ways to optimize the same.
- Maintain and review daily reports.
