Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor - SCCM / Intune

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Intune / SCCM Administrator to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SCCM / Intune Administrator to provide advanced technical expertise and 24 / 7 support for enterprise infrastructure environments. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability of services, handling complex incidents, and delivering configuration management solutions for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24 / 7 support for server downtime, incidents, and requests related to SCCM infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and Intune co-management / Autopilot.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SCCM infrastructure including primary site servers, secondary site servers, distribution points, Cloud Management Gateway, and co-management integrations.
• Apply expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and Intune).
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and account-based teams to deliver on projects and initiatives.
