Key Responsibilities
- Create professional and compelling designs for promotional materials — flyers, posters, brochures, digital campaigns, and branding assets.
- Design organization brochures and communication materials consistent with the Kumaraguru brand guidelines.
- Develop innovative, reusable layouts and templates that strengthen brand identity.
- Work across multiple media , including photography, graphic animation, and computer-aided design.
- Ensure top-notch output by understanding printing techniques , materials, and finishing options.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to choose colors, fonts, imagery, and layouts that tell a cohesive story.
- Manage multiple creative projects efficiently, maintaining quality and timelines .
- Support digital communication initiatives by producing visuals for web, social media, and campaigns .
Key Skills & Competencies
Creative Tools : Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and basic HTML editing.Visual Communication : Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.Photography & Editing : Ability to shoot and enhance visuals for design projects.Production Knowledge : Understanding of print and display processes.Collaboration : Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with diverse teams.Time Management : Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.Innovation : A curious mind that’s eager to learn, experiment, and adapt to new design trends.Qualifications
