We’re Hiring : Sales Director – Philippines (SaaS | Fintech | Enterprise Sales)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead growth and client engagement in the Philippines. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a proven record in SaaS sales , and is eager to drive expansion across enterprise clients in industries like banking, eCommerce, payments, lending, and gaming .
Location : Manila, Philippines
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders across large enterprise clients.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the local sales team.
- Drive revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with fintech associations, alliances, and regulators in the Philippines.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and long-term retention.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 10+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Industry Knowledge : Exposure to financial services and prior experience in ASEAN markets is a plus.Leadership : Proven ability to build high-performing sales teams and consistently meet or exceed targets.Communication : Excellent ability to convey complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Mindset : Driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a high-growth, startup-like environment.Global Outlook : Ability to work seamlessly in a diverse, multicultural environment.Why Join Them?
