About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead our Asset Registry initiative. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a proven track record in managing complex projects involving data, systems, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to ensure effective planning, tracking, and delivery of all project milestones.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end management of the Asset Registry project, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance, and process improvement initiatives across asset tracking and lifecycle management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring all tasks align with broader organizational objectives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of systems, including ServiceNow.
• Leverage ServiceNow to enhance asset management processes, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor project performance using data-driven metrics, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Prepare regular updates for senior management on progress, key decisions, and emerging issues.
• Promote a culture of accountability, organization, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications & Skills :

PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
