Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of

Stibo Systems (STEP)

MDM solutions across product and vendor domains.

Define MDM strategies, governance frameworks, and integration patterns aligned with enterprise data goals.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to ensure seamless data integration and quality.

Oversee and execute

product data migrations

from legacy systems to MDM platforms.

Develop and maintain integration solutions using

MuleSoft ,

Kafka , and

Python .

Support the enablement of

Data-as-a-Service (DaaS)

capabilities.

Provide architectural leadership and hands-on guidance throughout all phases of MDM projects.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience

with

Stibo Systems (STEP)

in MDM solution design and delivery.

Proven expertise in

Product

and

Vendor Master Data

domains.

Strong programming experience with

Python

for automation, data processing, and API integration.

Proficiency with

MuleSoft

and

Kafka

for data integration and streaming.

Experience delivering

Data-as-a-Service

and cloud-based data management solutions.

Demonstrated success in

product migration

and transformation initiatives.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in

retail ,

CPG , or

manufacturing

industries.

Familiarity with

data governance ,

data quality , and

metadata management

best practices.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
