We are seeking a highly skilled professional to define, establish, and manage governance processes around Master Data Management (MDM) for Accounts and related systems of record.

What You'll Do :
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing MDM processes, defining governance frameworks, and ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across the organization.
Define and implement data governance frameworks for Account Master Data across enterprise systems of record. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models.
Design and implement MDM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate data across systems.
Work closely with data stewards, business users, and IT teams to resolve data conflicts, duplicates, and integrity issues.
Lead efforts in harmonization of data definitions, hierarchies, and taxonomies across systems. Support integration of MDM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications as the system of record.
Define and track key data quality metrics (DQ KPIs) and ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting.
Participate in MDM tool evaluation, configuration, and rollout, ensuring governance controls are embedded.
Facilitate data governance councils or committees to drive alignment and decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) as they relate to master data.
Expertise You'll Bring :
Experience5+ years of experience in Master Data Management with a strong focus on data governance.
Proven expertise in implementing MDM processes and frameworks in large, complex organizations. Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM Infosphere, or similar).
Deep understanding of systems of record for Accounts (ERP / CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
Strong knowledge of data quality, lineage, metadata management, and governance principles.
Ability to define data standards, policies, and stewardship models. Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to master data.
Experience with cloud-based MDM and data governance solutions. Prior involvement in data governance council setup and execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT perspectives. Certifications in Data Governance (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) or MDM tools.
