Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of food and beverage services within the establishment. Tasks include managing staff, budgeting, maintaining quality and hygiene, ensuring high customer satisfaction, implementing training programs, and fostering a positive work environment. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, creating and updating menus, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Manager will also monitor inventory levels and manage costs effectively to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Ability to conduct and manage Training programs
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
