Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and hands-on experience in Python development . The ideal candidate should have proven skills in building scalable backend systems, pipeline automation, and working with AWS Cloud services . This role offers the opportunity to work on Java-based enterprise applications while also contributing to Python projects for automation and data processing.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, scalability, and performance .

Work on both Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Python-based backend applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Ops) to build automation tools enhancing vendor payment experience.

Own the full software development lifecycle : requirement gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Implement pipeline automation to reduce manual tasks.

Drive cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services .

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper unit test coverage.

Basic Qualifications :

5–7 years of professional experience in software development.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices .

Good hands-on experience with Python development (Flask / Django / FastAPI or scripting).

Proficiency in AWS Cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).

Experience with pipeline automation and scripting .

Strong knowledge of system design & architecture patterns .

Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging ability.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in payment systems, finance domain, or transactional workflows .

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).

Exposure to containerization (Docker, ECS / EKS).

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments .

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

Advanced Python scripting or data pipeline tools.

Knowledge of process automation frameworks .
