Mulesoft Lead

As a Mulesoft Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of API endpoints and integrations within the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This role involves both operational and development responsibilities, including leading the integration design, implementation, and troubleshooting processes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor the health and performance of API endpoints and integrations on Mulesoft to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Respond promptly to alerts and issues related to API endpoints, investigate root causes, and resolve them swiftly.
• Lead the development of new integrations in line with project requirements and business needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for API endpoints, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with the MuleSoft lead to define and implement best practices for API design, security, and performance optimization.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.
• Willingness to work in shifts to accommodate project and operational needs.
• Organize and participate in meetings across different time zones to support successful implementation.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet deadlines and achieve delivery milestones.
