As a Mulesoft Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of API endpoints and integrations within the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This role involves both operational and development responsibilities, including leading the integration design, implementation, and troubleshooting processes.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor the health and performance of API endpoints and integrations on Mulesoft to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Respond promptly to alerts and issues related to API endpoints, investigate root causes, and resolve them swiftly.
- Lead the development of new integrations in line with project requirements and business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for API endpoints, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with the MuleSoft lead to define and implement best practices for API design, security, and performance optimization.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.
- Willingness to work in shifts to accommodate project and operational needs.
- Organize and participate in meetings across different time zones to support successful implementation.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet deadlines and achieve delivery milestones.
Qualifications :
Total experience of 8 to 12 Years with Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in leading a team.Strong experience in MuleSoft development, administration, and support.Hands-on expertise in security protocols such as Basic Authentication, OAuth, Client Certificates, etc.Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio.Hands-on experience with CloudHub and the CloudHub 2.0 deployment model, with familiarity in other deployment models being an added advantage.Experience working with MuleSoft connectors for services like Request, FTP, Mail, Databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.), Web Services (SOAP, REST), Queues, HTTP clients.Strong integration experience with large enterprise applications like SAP (OData, ALE, IDOC, RFC).Experience in CI / CD pipeline integration and code migration is a plus.MuleSoft Certification (e.g., Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect) is preferred but not required.Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.Excellent DataWeave programming skills.Proficiency in Java and other programming languages commonly used in MuleSoft development.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.Cloud and DevOps experience is a plus.Familiarity with the alerts and events framework in MuleSoft.Competencies / Skills :
