B2B Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of B2B integration projects using MuleSoft. This role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, B2B integration , and expertise in MuleSoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all phases of MuleSoft B2B integration projects from initiation to closure.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee user acceptance testing ( UAT ) and post-implementation support .
- Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
