Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across digital, print, and physical touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, digital) to maintain brand consistency
- Monitor brand visibility and performance across social media, digital platforms, and traditional media
- Conduct competitor analysis, consumer research, and trend tracking to inform brand decisions
- Help create or review marketing content, packaging, and POS materials
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and influencers for campaign delivery
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing brand reports
- Manage brand assets, image libraries, templates, and approval workflows
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Branding, Communications, or related field1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or advertising (internships / projects for freshers)Strong communication and organizational skillsA good eye for design and brand aestheticsFamiliarity with marketing channels (digital, print, OOH, events)Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or brand management platforms is a plusDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesSkills Required
