- Craft & execute brand strategy across offline & digital channels.
- Own GTM strategies for product launches, campaigns & seasonal activations.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis & consumer insights to sharpen our edge.
- Write insight-driven creative briefs that ignite standout campaigns.
- Manage brand shoots : ideation → storyboarding → production → post-delivery.
- Oversee daily creative output—web, POS, packaging, performance assets.
- Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal teams & agencies.
- Optimize CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp & loyalty programs for retention and engagement.
- Track metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, engagement); refine creatives to boost ROI.
- Plan and manage brand marketing budget—smart, efficient, impactful.
- Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all brand initiatives. : 1. 6–7 years in brand management (both mainstream and digital).2. Proven success with mid-to-large-scale brand campaigns & digital-first strategies.3. Strong shoot and creative execution portfolio (print & digital video).4. Hands-on experience with GTM strategies, performance marketing & retention tools.5. Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.6.
