Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Delivery Manager with a strong background in the BFSI sector and consulting experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and driving continuous improvement in service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Lead and manage cybersecurity delivery projects for BFSI clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Should Lead Agile and Scrum processes
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
• Project Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Should have handled issue IAM incident triaging and manage escalations
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Has managed large projects on IAM and Password Rotation.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive the continuous improvement of cybersecurity service delivery processes, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Business Development : Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
