Plant Maintenance (Exe / Sr. Exe / AM)

We have this requirement at PAN INDIA locations.

Core responsibilities Includes :

• Productivity Improvement, Optimum utilization of resources with safety.
• Down time reduction & Improvement in machining health to improve uptime.
• Monitoring and controlling of the process safety, quality, efficiency to reduce process variation & institute better controlling method.
• Monitoring of plan vs. actual results on daily basis & plan actions to improve wherever required.
• Why-Why analysis of the break-downs.
• Generating MPR of Spares in SAP & follow-up for the same.
• Preventive Maintenance.
• Maintain Critical Spares.
• Measuring Customer Satisfaction level.
• Review & updation of documents as per set frequency.
• Ensuring PPE compliance on shop floor as per requirements.
• Capturing near miss incidents and take necessary actions.
• Maintenance cost, Adherence to the planned budget.
• Execution of TPM, 5'S, Safety & Kaizen activities in the assigned zone.

Qualifications : Diploma / Degree (ME / Auto / Elec. / Ind Eng)
