🚀 What You’ll Be Doing :
Leadership & Strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 HR generalists and specialists
Partner with leadership to design and execute strategic HR initiatives
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in HR processes
Employee Experience & Culture
Champion employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization
Performance & Talent Management
Oversee performance appraisals and career development frameworks
Identify and nurture high-potential talent for succession planning
Facilitate leadership development and employee training initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit standards
Oversee HR systems, reporting, and data integrity
Manage compensation reviews, benefits, payroll coordination, and travel reimbursements
🧠 What We’re Looking For :
10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with proven team leadership
Strong understanding of HR systems, labor laws, and analytics
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Familiarity with digital HR tools and data-driven decision-making
Experience in HR Automation tools and digital HR processes
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
