Role Description
As a Growth Manager, the candidate will drive user and revenue growth by improving acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels. This role involves experimenting with new ideas, analysing data, understanding user behaviour, and working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams. It’s a high-ownership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, scaling what works, and building processes that help the company grow faster.

- Shape the behavioural strategy for brand voice, services, and client experience

Lead sales and partnership pipelinesReach out to potential B2B clients and set up meetingsDrive revenue strategy and onboard major clientsExpand service verticals and build strategic collaborations with corporates and institutions3. Marketing & Brand Psychology

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fieldsSkills in campaign management, digital marketing, and analyticsStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in wellness, health, or lifestyle platforms (preferred)
