About the Role

Marutinandan Capital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the Research & Investments Department. This senior leadership role focuses exclusively on in-house research and internal portfolio management—with no client-facing responsibilities. The role involves driving research excellence, managing the internal research team, and overseeing the company’s investment portfolio to achieve long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities :

Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth fundamental and capital market analysis of Indian listed companies across sectors.
• Review and interpret financial statements, annual reports, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.
• Carry out field investigations and market investigations to validate company data and industry assumptions.
• Build, update, and maintain financial models (DCF, comparable multiples, scenario analysis, etc.).
• Prepare detailed investment research reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Track industry trends, macroeconomic factors, geopolitical developments, and emerging technologies (including AI) and their impact on markets and investments.
