Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for helping our clients' customers solve their issues effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent support.
Continuously improve support processes and tools.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in customer support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience with support tools and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
