Job Description :
Roles and responsibilities :
- Interpret the emails and documents from French to English
- Interact with business partners in French
- Process transactions to meet and exceed defined service levels of quality, speed and productivity.
- Communicate with customers and internal partners through written correspondence
- Follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved
- Build relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely
manner
