Job Description :

Expertise in providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Handling more complex issues, often requiring in-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching and security.

Responsibilities include resolving network outages, implementing new networks, supporting workstations, servers and applications, assisting with remote access solutions, DNS, DHCP and security issues.

Technical Skills :

In-depth knowledge of network protocols : TCP / IP, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)

switching protocols.

Experience with network devices : Routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.

Proficiency in network monitoring tools : Packet capture and analysis, TCP dump, ICMP.

Understanding of security concepts and technologies : Firewalls, intrusion

detection / prevention systems.

Experience with network operating systems : Cisco IOS, Fortinet OS.
