Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the onsite resource between the client and our internal ERP development / implementation team.
- Assist in the implementation process, including setup, configuration, data migration support, and system testing.
- Provide training and guidance to client users to ensure effective adoption of ERP modules.
- Understand client business processes and map them to ERP functionalities.
- Monitor user activity and identify areas where additional support or training is needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic functional or usage issues; escalate complex technical issues to the product / technical team.
- Collect client feedback and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear documentation of client queries, resolutions, and training sessions.
- Support change management and encourage best practices in ERP usage.
Work Schedule
