Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through methods like cold calling, emails, social media, networking, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify further sales opportunities. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations : Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of products or services tailored to the specific needs of potential customers. Negotiation & Closing Deals : Negotiate contract terms, packages, and agreements to secure sales and achieve revenue goals. Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and stay ahead of the competition. Target Achievement : Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress, often using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools. Collaboration : Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
