About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Online Campaign Manager PPC to lead and execute performance-driven digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, skilled in managing paid media strategies across platforms, and focused on driving measurable results that impact business growth.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) :
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Develop high-converting ad copies, engaging creatives, and effective landing page strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement data-driven optimizations via A / B testing, bid management, and audience targeting refinements.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to compliance guidelines in all paid media efforts.
Key Skillsets Required :
Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads platforms.Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.Proficient in creating compelling ad copies and designing high-impact creatives.Good understanding of landing page optimization techniques.Experience with A / B testing methodologies and bid strategy optimizations.Ability to analyze campaign data and translate performance metrics into actionable insights.Familiarity with PPC management tools (Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and goal-driven attitude.(ref : iimjobs.com)
