In India, RSA Global is setting up a first-of-its-kind automated facility at JNPT Port β a Container Care Centre for repair, maintenance, storage, and turnaround of empty containers. This facility will redefine industry standards for automation, sustainability, and operational excellence. RSA Global also operates 3PL warehouses in Sikandrabad and Guwahati, serving diverse customer verticals.
Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, statutory compliance, and operational excellence across RSA Global India. The role calls for a hands-on professional with strong analytical and leadership skills, capable of driving accuracy, efficiency, and accountability within the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax).
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all tax and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Conduct cost-centre and business vertical-wise analysis to support management decisions.Monitor actual vs. budget performance, highlight variances, and recommend cost optimization measures.Support in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.3. Internal Control & Audit
Assist in planning and execution of internal audits.Identify process gaps and compliance risks; implement corrective actions.Support the development of SOPs, internal controls, and financial policies.4. Banking, Treasury & Coordination
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.Oversee cash flow, vendor payments, and working capital optimization.Support loan documentation, compliance certifications, and funding coordination with the Group.5. Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of 4β5 members, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.Drive continuous improvement and capability building within the finance team.Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance (preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing).Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, indirect taxation, and statutory frameworks.Proficiency in ERP systems (Ramco / Zoho / D365) and advanced Excel skills.Analytical, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.What We Offer
