Key Responsibilities :

Loan Book & Portfolio Management

  • End-to-end oversight of the loan book across direct sourcing, co-lending, and BC partnerships.
  • Build dashboards to track performance metrics (NPA %, PAR, collection efficiency).
  • Reconcile loans across bank statements, LMS, and accounting systems.

FLDG & Partnership Management

  • Lead financial evaluations and monitor fintech partners with FLDG arrangements.
  • Track FLDG coverage, defaults, and recoveries.
  • Manage co-lending and BC partnerships, ensuring financial diligence, cash flow alignment, and MIS integration.

    • Evaluation & Due Diligence

  • Conduct financial and risk analysis of potential NBFC / fintech partners.
  • Review promoter background, financial health, audits, and compliance.
  • Prepare partnership recommendation reports.

    • Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare timely financial statements in line with SEBI and RBI norms.
  • Oversee statutory and internal audits, and manage RBI inspections.
  • Handle tax planning, GST compliance, and regulatory filings.

    • Automation & Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with product teams to automate reconciliation, reporting, and finance processes.
  • Integrate dashboards into LMS for real-time visibility.
  • Identify automation opportunities in reporting and monitoring.

    • Strategic Financial Planning

  • Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and portfolio analyses for decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to improve margins, reduce defaults, and optimize lending.
  • Evaluate ROI and financial performance of lending products and partnerships.

    • Key Skills & Experience :

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years’ experience, ideally in digital lending or fintech-NBFC models.
  • Expertise in unsecured loans and FLDG-based co-lending / BC partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI compliance, and listed company reporting.
  • Hands-on in loan reconciliation, portfolio tracking, and dashboard management.
  • Proven experience in due diligence of NBFCs / fintechs.
  • Automation-focused mindset with product / tech collaboration experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (NPA %, PAR, yield, etc.).
  • Proficient in Tally, Advanced Excel, and ERP / LMS tools.
