Job Title : Lead Generation Executive

Location : [Onsite / Remote / Hybrid – mention accordingly]

Experience Required : 1–2 Years in BPO (US / UK Process)

Job Summary -We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive with prior experience working in BPO (US / UK processes). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in US / UK regions to generate qualified leads.

Research, identify, and connect with decision-makers across industries.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria and transfer them to the sales team for further engagement. Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information. Meet or exceed weekly / monthly lead generation targets.

Build strong rapport with prospects to ensure high-quality conversations.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. Handle initial client queries and provide appropriate information about company offerings.

Requirements 1–2 years of work experience in a BPO (US / UK process) – preferably in outbound calling / lead generation / inside sales. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with US / UK time zones. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or appointment setting. Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar lead generation platforms.
