Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Outlet Manager of a standalone Bar and Bistro located in Cavelossim, South Goa. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing Food and Beverage programs, marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and curating the overall dining experience for Karma members and walk-in guests at the restaurant while focussing on day to day operations, ensuring effective cost control, people management and strong profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong background in managing standalone F&B outlets in Goa with proven results.
• At least 6-8 years of F&B Industry experience with knowledge of latest trends in the Food & Beverage Industry.
• Must be Innovative and creative with a keen aye for detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Certification in Food and Beverage management, Hygiene and Safety.
• Must be a team player and posses experience of managing a team.
• Honesty and integrity.
