Area(s) of responsibility
Minimum of 4-9 years of OTM technical / functional experience
Must possess functional and techno-functional experience in OTM.
Experience in managing implementations and / or supporting projects related to these systems, and / or working on OTM Release Cloud versions.
Strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM application modules, including (but not limited to) order management, OTM finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
Ability to prepare mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems, and translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre
Proficiency in writing SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks
Hands-on experience with JSPX / XSL would be an additional advantage.
Preference for experience in end-to-end OTM lifecycle / implementation and OTM architecture
Experience in support / ticket handling.
Knowledge of ServiceNow tool is advantageous.
