Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Redwood UI / Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, driving improvements in recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Recruiting Cloud Configuration :
- Configure Job Requisition Templates, Geography Hierarchies, Candidate Selection Process (CSP) and CSP reasons, Job Application Flows, and Career Site features.
- Configure Recruiting Content Library including Job Offer Templates, Disqualification Questionnaires, Job-specific Questionnaires, and Interview Questionnaires.
- Design and implement Requisition and Offer Approval Rules.
Candidate Experience & Career Site :
Configure Career Sites and ensure smooth integration with third-party applications.Lead Redwood UX transformation initiatives with hands-on experience in VB Studio.Implement Contextualized Journeys, Guided Journeys, and display properties for UI improvements.Onboarding & Pre-Hire Processes :
Configure Onboarding Checklists for Pre-Hire and New Hire workflows.Troubleshoot and optimize Redwood UX components and recruitment workflows.Support & Governance :
Provide end-user training, create documentation, and offer post-implementation support.Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles, change control meetings, and release management activities.Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.Required Skills & Experience :
812 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with hands-on exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud.Proven experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for Oracle HCM Cloud.Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, approval rules, and content library configurations.Experience with career site configuration and integration with external applications.Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and provide performance optimizations.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.Experience in upgrade cycles, change management, and post-go-live support.(ref : hirist.tech)
