MERN Stack Developer

Job descriptionDesign and implement high-quality technical specifications aligned with architecture guidelines. Define, propose, and enforce best programming practices across the team. Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve support and production issues efficiently. Apply Scrum / Kanban methodologies to maximize performance, quality, and team motivation. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across Software Engineering and Business teams. Support the team in analyzing and monitoring KPIs and metrics. Identify, resolve, or escalate issues that impact delivery timelines or team productivity.
Experience : 8 - 10 Years.
Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.
Additional Requirement : Candidates passport (first & last page soft copy) must be submitted at the time of profile submission.
Primary Skills (Mandatory / Non-Negotiable) :
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, React.js, TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, Event-driven Architectures.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
- Containerization & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CRM Platforms, CCaaS, and / or VoIP Solutions.
